Augmented Reality-Enhanced E-commerce and Robust CMS for Weather for 2
The Challenge
Weather for 2 faced several challenges. Customers often found it difficult to envision how specific products would integrate into their own homes or offices. Additionally, their existing systems for managing products, employees, sales, payments, and orders lacked efficiency and created significant overhead. The company also sought to improve its ability to communicate directly with customers about product choices and design options.
Our Approach
To address the challenges faced by Weather for 2, Tanta Innovative conducted a thorough analysis of their existing systems and customer feedback to identify inefficiencies and pain points. We integrated augmented reality (AR) technology into their e-commerce platform, creating the "Create Your Own Design" feature that allows customers to select and virtually place bedding items onto a bed frame for realistic visualization before purchase. Additionally, we designed and developed a robust backend content management system (CMS) to efficiently manage products, employees, sales data, and orders, while also facilitating direct customer communication. We automated key operational workflows within the CMS to reduce overhead and improve efficiency, integrated payment processing and order management systems, and provided comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of the new features. This holistic approach transformed Weather for 2's e-commerce experience, enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Secondly, we developed a robust backend content management system (CMS). This allows Weather for 2 to effortlessly manage their products, employees, and sales data, while also providing dedicated channels for direct customer communication.
