The Digital Marketing Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping our company's digital presence and driving measurable results through online marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess to optimize our marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital trends and possess the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions, enhancing brand awareness and generating leads.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing targets.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts.
  • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare emails to send out to customers.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.


  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or equivalent.
  • Experience with content management systems, WordPress, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
